Can I get my order expedited?
Expedited shipping is available with FedEx and costs an extra $20. Just select the expedited shipping option at checkout.
When will I get my order?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship them to you via FedEx. It will take a total of 3-7 business days.
What if an item I want is sold out?
We reproduce our bestsellers based on demand. Sign up for for updates to find out when your piece becomes available again.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments made on www.piece-nyc.com are secure. Transactions are made in USD and we accept PayPal, MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept personal checks. New York residents are charged sales tax.
Do you ship internationally?
For now we only ship to the US and Canada. We do, however, accept international credit cards. Please see our list of acceptable forms of payment on the checkout page.
We have a 30-day return policy. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We charge $5 to cover return shipping and restocking and deduct it from your refund. Exchanges are free.
How do I return a gift?
We offer store credit for gift returns. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include any information you have.
